Yes: Could be a pinched nerve in your back. Occasionally it also could be a nerve entrapment of the genitofemoral nerve as well. Since its not resolving i would recommend an evaluation by a specialist like a physiatrist or physical medicine ; rehabilitation doctor who has specialized training in musculoskeletal and spine injuries.
