i was diagnosed with maxillary sinitius in left sinus three weeks ago. i am taking medicine and and a antihistamine nasal spray from past 2 weeks. only one nasal passage is blocked at a time. there is not much improvement any advice how can i cure it?

: You cannot cure it on your own if there is an ongoing bacterial infection.  Neti pot nasal rinses may ameliorate symptoms.  If you are lacking improvement, contact your doctor and seek modifications in therapeutic interventions.

Nasal congestion : I like to use flonase, but it has the side effect of nasal bleeding in rare people. Many people use saline nasal spray. Avoid sugar, dairy, and fatty foods. Drink a lot of water.

See doctor: If these symptoms have been present for two months without improvement, you may have a sinus infection.  See your doctor to see if you can get treated or need a referral to ENT.

Maybe: The tear ducts are small channels or pipe like structures that originate as a drain at the base of the tear sac.The tear sac is just below the inner corner of your eye. The drains hug the inside of the nasal wall &amp; drain near the base. If they become swollen or blocked by debris they won't drain well. Eye surgeons can put a thin wire probe through through them to open the channel.

i started going to the gym recently - lots of strength training. i have a runny nose, itchy, swollen eyes & nasal passage, pain in my lower back, shoulder and all sides of my neck as well as a runny nose (colourless discharge). should i be worried?

Two Problems: The runny nose, itchy, eyes and nasal passages sound like allergic symptoms. If it started after going to the gym something in the environment there could be causing it. You can try over the counter allergy meds including nose sprays. Pain in the back and shoulder can be directly related to your exercise. If the problem persists try changing the gym and see if the symptoms improve.

throat is red but not really sore. only one nasal passage is red but i don't have a fever. i have crusty yellow boogers in the nose with a red passage?

An early upper respiratory infection.: This sounds like an early upper respiratory infection. To treat this gargle with some warm salt water, put 1 teaspoon of salt in a large glass of warm water and gargle with this. For the nose saline nasal spray that you can buy over-the-counter can be used three or four times a day no other treatment is necessary.

It : It sounds like you have narrowing of the right nasal airway due to your prior injury. This isn't something you have to have fixed if it doesn't bother you. The main concern would be if a separate mass was seen growing in the nose. You could always get a second opinion from a different ENT doctor to see what your options are.

Irritation: Any form of irritation: nose too dry, picking too much, overuse of nasal sprays or antihistamines, trauma, etc...

May need allergy fix: Could be due to allergies. Possibly sinus disease. Either way, see an ENT for help.
