Middle Ear: The eustachian tube is our drainage (& pressure equalizer) for our middle ear,  obstructed by excessive mucous production (colds, allergy, smoke exposure), thick mucous due to infection or antihistamines, blowing your nose hard/refilling your ear with mucous, & lymphoid/adenoid tissue obstructing drainage. In children, the tube is narrow & horizontal & plugs more easily.

Fallopian tube block: If it is fluid in the fallopian tube then it should be easily be able to be "blown" open and it frequently is in one of the tests for fertility, but they don't "reverse" it. I am not sure what you mean by that in this context.

Could: Fluid behind the uterus is frequently see after your cyclic ovarian cysts rupture and has nothing to do with tubal patency. If fluid is seen after a hysterosonogram then tubal patency is presumed if there was no fluid before the procedure.

Tubal occlusion: This type of tubal occlusion is a function of a resolved tubal infection/abscess. As long as it does not "re-ignite" during the pregnancy then there is little impact on an existing pregnancy.

Blocked?: If it is truly occluded with wax you could get some of these symptoms - use an over the counter ear wax softener at night and then flushing with warm water in the morning may help clear this.  If it persists you should see your doctor.

Serous otitis: Fluid behind the ear drum can occur after a cold or with allergies.  It may resolve on it's own as the cold resolves or it can become infected with bacteria.  If there is pain that is worsening with or without fever, this may indicate a bacterial infection. If not better, best to see ENT doctor for a check.

Probably: Fluid seen in the endometrial canal of the uterus would typically be due to a period - especially at your age. It would only be in someone older (post menopausal) that finding fluid in the canal would be concerning.

Many possibilities : Many possibilities including wax impaction as well as fluid. The most likely explanation is wax and you should see an ENT doctor to have your ear looked at. Do not attempt to remove this or clear this on your own as you'll only make things worse.
