Coarctation: There is nothing to solve. If there is coarctation of aorta, it should be corrected through surgical procedure.

Heart surgery: Sounds like a major serious event. Such a big surgery with aneurysm rupture is life saving. Dialysis need isn't unusual for such.

Yes: Yes. Other segments of the aorta can become aneurysmal, or other arteries such as the iliac or popliteal arteries, or even arteries of the brain. The most common non-cranial aneurysm is the aorta below the kidneys. This is most common in men >65 who have ever smoked. Brain / cerebral aneurysms can occur at any age and are slightly more common in women.

Maybe : Coarctation of the aorta is a narrowing of the aorta usually present from birth.  It is most often treated with open surgery but endovascular stent grafts are being attempted.  Medical management alone cannot change this anatomical problem.

Depends: Okay to ask your surgery team this question. They know your case. The blood thinner may be for a different but related problem, like atrial fibrillation.

it has been 9 months since i had my aorta replacement surgery.  i have yet to be able to walk.  could you know how long it takes to recover?

Should be better now: Major cardiac surgery in a "mature" patient may take longer to recover, but after 9 months, unless there was some neurological or musculoskeletal problem in the peri-operative period, the surgery per se is not likely the cause. Contact your doctors to help sort this out. Physical therapy and/or a cardiac rehab program may be in order, if not already tried. Good luck.

Depends: Depends on the type of aneurysm repair you're having, whether endovascular/minimally-invasive or an "open repair, " using a rather large incision. The endovascular repair, which can be performed through a needle puncture in the groin, is typically a 1 day recovery barring any unforeseen complications. The open repair can be quite a bit longer. Discuss with your vascular surgeon.

chylothorax - what are the complications to expect for a one month old baby? she had a surgery last week to cure a coarcation of the aorta.

Resolves mostly: Chylothorax after cardiac surery mostly results from an injury to the thoracic duct. It is treated by drainage.  Initially parenteral nutrition is given and this is then switched to a diet low in triglycerides so little chylus is formed (so called mct=medium chain triglycerides). After a few weeks the injury should be healed and normal diet resumed.
