HFMD: Viral infection usually takes 5-7 days for the rash to start drying up and the pain in throat due to vesicles to go away. Hfmd rash does not leave scars usually. Try to put some calming lotion like calamine so child doesn't scratch the bumps.

i burned my forearm 1 month ago. it blistered then began to heal leaving a narrow 2 inch scar. today the scar has been itching & on 1 end a 1/2 inch long blood red blister has appeared. why would this happen?

: This may represent granulation tissue from the scar. The area should be kept clean and dry. Avoid any pressure on the wound. Discuss whether a local or systemic antibiotic is recommended with your physician. Watch for signs of infection.

Blister after Scrape: It is very important after getting abrasions to get the skin back to normal healthy tissue. Please see your primary or an orthopod to eval the blister, and make sure you are not getting an infection. You need advice on how to reduce the abnormal tissue and gradually return to a healthy skin. Dr Rich Blake

Scar: You can see a board certified plastic surgeon. There are options to try and address scarring   there is nothing to erase scars but there are options to try and improve upon them. Dermabrasion, steroids, laser, sunscreen, and scar gels.

Hopefully not,: Don't pop the blisters (infection) or start yanking off layers of skin. Keep sunburn cool w moist cool/cold compresses.  Avoid alcohol containing products.  Break off pieces of aloe vera plant ; apply sap to  skin.  Consider non-steroidal anti-inflammatory meds to reduce pain.  Don’t yank off peeling skin or burst blisters. Seek medical care for severe pain, fever, lack of improvement of symptoms.

Tumor: the scarring is probably associated with inflammatory change in the tumor. Please ask the physician that ordered the scan to explain it to you.

Ask Liver Doc: The hepatologist is the expert in this case.  Discuss with them and decide why the enzymes are up.  If you  are overweight, than heaptic steatosis is common and slowly losing weight may start to show your liver function tests going down over time. Either way, the liver specialist you have seen and who knows your case best, will be able to tell you what to do next.  Write down questions and ask dr.

Possible scar: If the most superficial layer of skin is involved in the blistering the chances of scaring are low, but the deeper the involvement in the skin the higher the chances of scaring.  If the pressure or shearing forces creating the blister are repetitive in the same area, then callus will form thickening the skin and changing its normal appearance.
