Usually not: If one tends to get fever blisters (oral herpes lesions) on her lips, and has had that happen more than once, then she already has antibodies circulating in her body (against that virus). These antibodies should prevent her from getting NEW infections (new locations) of the same herpes strain. However, one could have cold sores from Herpes 1, and then get new lesions at other places from Herpes 2.

Fever Blister: If it is always present - it might not be a fever blister. Is it involving your ear canal? See you have an anxiety disorder.  Is this an issue that had been medically addressed? If your doctor does not find this to be particularly concerning would wonder if this is a obsessive fear. If yes, would address this issue with your therapist.

Unlikely: The risk of the virus traveling to the brain is very low. This can occur if the person has a immunodeficiency syndrome.    A person who has a blister once a year is likely to be healthy overall and the risk is very small.

Dizziness: Vertigo or a sense of dizziness can develop with some chronic diseases, age, or during and after a viral illness.  Your have had the correct procedures.  You might consider being evaluated by an otorhinolaryngologist (ENT) physician.  Few medications actually help.  
Dramamine, often used for sea sickness is often useful but rest and trying to stare at a fixed object when you feel dizzy helps many.

It probably won't: Amoxicillin is an antibiotic, useful for bacterial infections.  It is not prescribed usually for inner ear problems.  It would be appropriate for a middle ear infection, an acute otitis media.  This is what most people mean when they say "ear infection."  see you local ENT if your problem does not resolve.  They can also be very useful for temporary or acute flair ups of labrynthitis and meniere's disease. There is evidence that suggests injection of steroids trough the ear drum, decreases the chance of developing hearing loss with meniere's disease.

It is not serious &amp; usually is caused by drop of blood pressure or blood flow to head when u get up too fast. Vertigo is feeling like you or surroundings are moving, as if u r spinning or falling. It is most likely anxiety
