: Thrush is a fungal disease that leaves white patches not bumps on gums or cheeks. Since you have no teeth or dentures, it could be an irritation on gums from eating something hard or pointed. It could be a small root tip or piece of tooth that was left in area. See a dentist for x-ray and exam.
