: If the "four periods" occur at 24-32 day intervals, and no subsequent sexual exposure has occurred since referenced in your question, the chances of pregnancy are minimal, and the "periods" are not related to "first TM bleeding".

Implantation: It can be what they call an implantation bleed when a fertilized egg attaches to the uterine wall. It can cause a variety if symptoms - from spotting to a quite significant bleed.

: No. These are relatively common and random and, as in your case, resolve without incident. As ultrasound studies have improved over the years, we have detected small hematomas more frequently and we were probably just not seeing them in the past.

No: Small bleeding or spotting in early pregnancy typically doesn't have anything to do with having a diagnosis of polycystic ovarian syndrome.  It's likely coming from the placenta. Given the fact that you saw a good heartbeat on the ultrasound is very reassuring.

Normal: Light bleeding/spotting, during early pregnancy is common, especially in the first trimester. It is considered spotting when you notice a few drops of blood or brown discharge occasionally in your underwear, or wipe yourself with tissue and see a little blood on the paper. There should not be enough blood to fill a panty liner. Call a Dr if you have Bleeding, Cramping and Lower abdominal/back pain

Most things are safe: In the first 2 months of pregnancy, an embryo is nonexistent to tiny, so physical activities should have no effect. If a later pregnancy is normal, then mild to moderate exercise will not make the pregnancy any more or any less successful. What will be, will be. Women even do sports activities early in pregnancy (Later in pregnancy, they do get larger changes in bodily weight and balance).

Yes you can..: Congratulations on your pregnancy. Babies are miracles of life!
certainly ultrasound can be done to confirm the pregnancy as well as estimating the age of the baby. There are centers providing 3-d ultrasound/pictures with video for a small fee--no prescription needed. But you you see your doc to get a formal eval which may include ultrasound and u can ask for a picture too :-). Good luck.
