Maybe: It will if the source of the bleeding was indeed low progesterone. However, it is not uncommon for period cycles to be anovulatory (no egg produced) in a given month as aging occurs. When that happens estrogen only is secreted and can cause the prolonged bleeding that you have experienced at age 36.

If tube there: then possibility of ectopic pregnancy is real, and this can be rapidly fatal
cannot say in your particular case, but generally, ectopics are an emergency until they are PROVEN NOT TO BE THERE&gt;

Tampon placement: The pain needs GYN MD evaluation. The one sided tampon bleeding is due to the tampon placement displacing the cervix to its side and therefore the blood drainage will only appear on that side.

Minimal: Laparoscopic surgery is usually a day surgery where the patient goes home the same day. Your surgeon should provide instructions for post op care according to their surgical preferences. There is usually a few days of discomfort requiring low dose pain medication for a few days.

Women's health: The big question is why did you have your ovaries, tubes, and cervix  (not uterus) removed? If it was for a cancerous condition, you should continue to get pap smears every 3-5 years. If not, you don't need any more paps, and there is really no proven benefit to routine pelvic examinations beyond the pap smear. Of course, you need to get regular mammograms starting at age 50.

4 weeks past right ovary and fallopian tube removal.  feeling a painful tear sensation inside during random movements and getting worse.  is this normal?

Possibly: Given during movements, it's just probably related to the muscle and wall where the surgery was. If there are any issues, then get checked out such as pain all the time or pain that is worsening. At 4 weeks, you should be seeing improvements from here on.
