Although up to 23% of women can bleed in early pregnancy, bleeding 11 days after embryo transfer may indicate that the transfer was not successul and you are not pregnant and/or an early sign of a miscarriage or what is called a biochemical pregnancy.  You should get a blood HCG level to help determine what is going on.  Failed implantation and/or miscarriages are more common as women get older.

These are menstrual symptoms and you may not be pregnant. Do a pregnancy test to find out. This may be your period and the embryo did not implant.

After an embryo transfer, or an artificial insemination, a couple hopes to relax and go about their normal lives, without thinking about eggs, sperm, or embryos... until a pregnancy test about 3 weeks later. What will be will be. That said, cramping and bleeding (the question is vague and does not mention the location of symptoms), if pelvic or abdominal, should be discussed with their doctor now.
