Possibly: Although up to 23% of women can bleed in early pregnancy, bleeding 11 days after embryo transfer may indicate that the transfer was not successul and you are not pregnant and/or an early sign of a miscarriage or what is called a biochemical pregnancy. You should get a blood HCG level to help determine what is going on. Failed implantation and/or miscarriages are more common as women get older.
