when i stand up, my vision is bleached and i feel very dizzy at that moment. i have to stand for awhile for it to go off.

Accepted Answer

Postural hypotension: You have low blood pressure and it gets lower when you stand up because less goes to your head when more is needed in your legs.  You should stay very well hydrated all the time, get up slowly and hold on to something.  Get your blood pressure and blood chemistries checked just to make sure everything's OK.

i smelled bleach just to see what it smelled like now i feel really dizzy, sort of drunk i guess and quite sick. will i be okay? lol?

: Yes, "LOL":  no problem! This sounds like a psychological reaction. Briefly sniffing bleach is harmless.

can inhaling bleach cause dizziness?

Yes exposure to high: Exposure to high level of bleach such as 55 ppm(a concentration significantly higher than house hold bleech)can cause respiratory damage, and airway hyperactivity and that can cause dizziness and can be fatal some times.
So wear a protective mask when working near high concentration of bleach.

the past day and a half ive been cleaning someones house and have used clorox all round bleach cleaner. i have inhaled the fumes quite a few times. three hours later i got super dizzy and feel like puking. should i be concerned?

: To avoid the irritants from the cleaning material- wear a good fitting mask, use the cleaner in proper amount, have the exhaust fan on in bathrooms when working there and leave connecting doors open. If still bothered try switching to another cleaner.

i consume one cup of decaf coffee 3 times a week from one of the coffee shops.most of the time i feel fine but 1 out of 20 times maybe i feel jittery,short of breath,dizzy,lightheaded & anxious after drinking it. what could be making that difference?

: It's possible that you've mistakenly been served strong caffeinated coffee. Either that or you're occasionally experiencing an anxiety reaction or cardiac arrhythmia. Check your pulse should such symptoms occur in the future. See your MD as needed.

: It is not feasible to pinpoint an answer based on the information presented.  A panic attack or other emotional paroxysmal process may be occurring, but other organic causes such as epilepsy or migraine could be considered.  Suggest a visit to a psychiatrist, and perhaps also a neurologist.
