Yes exposure to high: Exposure to high level of bleach such as 55 ppm(a concentration significantly higher than house hold bleech)can cause respiratory damage, and airway hyperactivity and that can cause dizziness and can be fatal some times. So wear a protective mask when working near high concentration of bleach.
