Kegel: There are exercises known as Kegel which are used to strengthen the "pelvic floor " muscles. If you squeeze in ,as though you have urinate but are trying to hold it in. Squeeze, hold for a count of ten, relax and repeat. Do this several times a day. Good luck!

Exam: This issue requires further evaluation of your uriinary tract and female anatomy. A simple pelvic exam and urine analysis will set your mind at ease. Are you sure this is urine and not normal female secretions? I strongly advise a gyn exam.

No: The uterus is supported by 3 independent ligaments as the it sits behind  the bladder. When the uterus is removed the bladder is able to support itself independently. Patients who have previously had C/sections have had the bladder dissected off of the uterus and replaced post delivery. This can cause scarring(adhesions) of the bladder to the uterus with frequent UTI's &amp; retention.

Start by seeing a: urologist.  There are pelvic floor exercises and biofeedback through a clinical psychologist that can help if needed.  Premature ejaculation may be unrelated to your other symptoms.  A licensed sex therapist can help w/that.  Peace and good health.

No, but...: No it won't weaken the pelvic muscles, but it isn't cute to be called "squirt" when you are adult. Empty your bladder first.

: Not likely pelvic muscles. I would spend the drachmas and go to uptodate.com and read all about bladder pain and spasms of bladder and muscles. You body is talking to you.  Please listen and take good notes. Then share with your Dr. The two of you should be able to decide what the problem is or what is the next step to find out. Once the cause if found treatment is usually easy.
