Possibly: It can, but more likely it is coming from your urethra or prostate.  You may have a bacterial infection or STI.  I would see a physician for more tests.

Should not: Pregnancy should not cause these symptoms. You need to see a doctor to be evaluated for vaginal infections causing the discharge and a possibly bladder infection

Hematuria: Not sure what you are referring too as brown discharge.  Often if  a patient has blood in their urine it can appear brownish.  Blood in the urine with a UTI is common, but can also indicated other concerns.. The urine should a the minimum be re-checked after the UTI symptoms have abated.

Yes, it can: and so can a lot of other infections.  You need to be examined and treated.  Of course do not have sex until this is taken care of.  You don't want to make someone else sick.  Good luck!

Probably unrelated: Asymptomatic BV is common, and normally not treated in the absence of symptoms. BV is not a cause of bladder, pelvic or urethral pain. I'm afraid you'll have to continue working with your doctor on this. I would understand trying BV treatment with metronidazole, as a trial with fingers crossed. But I really would not expect this to improve your various symptoms. Good luck!

PID?: These symptoms require immediate medical attention.  Assuming you are sexually active, it is likely you have pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), i.e. fallopian tube infection -- the most common complication of chlamydia or gonorrhea. There is risk of permanent infertility. Get seen immediately, even if it means (with the weekend upon us) a trip to an emergency room. Good luck.

Concerning: The symptoms could be consistent with cervix infection and possible spread into the uterus.  Because of the lower abdominal pain, have to recommend you be seen urgently to rule out pelvic inflammatory disease (early treatment is necessary to preserve normal reproductive capacity). To answer your question, BV or yeast infection can cause discharge. UTI can be associated with bladder discomfort.

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Different area: The bladder sling is placed internally in your pelvis and shouldn't be the cause of uterine bleeding. If you are having persistent, heavy bleeding, you need to go see your gyn doctor. Hope this helps

have a dropped bladder i was using a pessery but took it out , i have a brown looking discharge once in a while only at night i am 62?

Not serious: The brown discharge is either a response to the pessary or a little bleeding from a mild erosion of the pessary into the vaginal mucosa.  Be sure you are following your doctors recommendation regarding removal and you should be seeing your physician on a routine basis for evaluation of the vagina.  It is not dangerous but probably should be looked at.
