can having a routine bladder infection cause a brown vaginal discharge?

Hematuria: Not sure what you are referring too as brown discharge. Often if a patient has blood in their urine it can appear brownish. Blood in the urine with a UTI is common, but can also indicated other concerns.. The urine should a the minimum be re-checked after the UTI symptoms have abated.

Vaginal discharge: First it would be necessary to determine the nature of the discharge, and for that you need to be examined. See a doctor and have this assessed.
