Be careful!: It is tempting to go after these - but you will often cause more damage. Bruising should heal over a few days. Put light layer of neosporin on opening. Picking zits over nose/forehead can cause irritation leading to an opening for infection Delicate part of your body and these can be severe in rare cases due to infection with MRSA. See your MD for a safer way to treat the acne with medications.

Typically : Typically for blackheads, a retinoid medication is used (such as differin (adapalene) or retin-a). Your acne won't be manageable without the help of your personal physician and prescription-strength medication.  Acne is a serious, chronic. Non-lifestyle-related disease and you deserve effective treatment. With numerous comedones, retinoid acid derivatives may be helpful.

Generally not: Unless you squeeze a blackhead, thus traumatizing the surrounding skin, a blackhead is unlikely to cause a scar.  It is simply a plugged-up sebaceous gland where the oil has oxidized, turning dark.  Most can be  emptied by using hot compresses to loosen the sebum.  If you can't do it yourself, see your esthetician or dermatologist but don't squeeze!

Acne=infection.: Acne is truly an infection within the pores of the skin, so any effective treatment for acne should initially include both a drying agent (i.e. benzoyl peroxide) and an antibiotic (which could be topical or oral).

i was trying to squeeze a black head on my lip u eneded uo scratching the skin off my upper lip the scab healed within 3 days and came off but now its area is pink and feels tight i really dont want a scar what should i do?

: I would suggest to use lip balm, it may not guarantee non scarring but should speed healing and reduce scarring. Do not remove the covering just use the lip balm at least twice daily.

: It is best that you do not touch it. The inflammation would go down when left untouched; however to increase the speed of resolution you could try using a clay like mask first and after washing away use acne gel that works best for you, that is likely to reduce you manipulating it, and making the inflammation worse. It is best to use acne wash and gel in the future to reduce chances of break out.
