Black mucous: While there is a communication between your eye and your nose, i doubt that eyeliner would be the cause.  More likely, there could be a small amount of old blood, or rarely, a type of fungal infection.  If it persists, i would see an ent.

Nasal Discharge: With the limited history provided, my conjecture is that it might be due to recurrent nasal bleeding.  If this nasal discharge has been present for 5-7 days, it is time for an exam by your internal medicine physician, with possible referral to the local Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist.

Blood?: Dark debris from the nose is likely environmental (smoke, soot, etc), or might be dried blood. Is it unilateral or bilateral?   Have you recently had a sinus infection?  If it persists, you should have a thorough ENT examination, to rule out a more serious etiology.

Perirectal abscess?: This sounds like more than pimples, especially if the bumps were larger than normal pimples. You might have a peri-rectal abcess -- not necessarily serious, but you should see a doctor to sort it out and determine if you need an antibiotic or perhaps a minor surgical procedures to drain pus. Sounds like a cyst: This sounds like a sebaceous or epidermal inclusion cyst. They are common. The biggest problem with them is they can become infected. It is likely to recurr after squeezing and usually needs excision to get rid of it. Consult your doctor, dermatologist or plastic surgeon to be sure.

It is a blackhead: What you describe is a form of blackhead. Although most people are familiar with this on their face, this can also occur on the chest or back. Not serious, just ugly... :(
There are treatments to make formation of these less likely but if there is just one or two a gentle squeeze is okay.

Sebum: The white cheesy material present in acne and in sebaceous cysts is called Sebum.  It is essentially the waterproofing of the skin produced by sebaceous glands.  When these glands get blocked by oils and dead skin cells, it results in an acne blemish.  If the gland ruptures into the deeper tissues it can result in the growth of a cyst containing the same material known as a sebaceous cyst.

: There a lot of things that could provoke irritation to sensitive cells in the nose like dust, temperature, spices, perfumes and in some people just eating could cause stuffy nose. You have to experientially analyze what may be associated with your stuffy nose and see if you could do something about it.
