i have black pants. i noticed that i had white spots on the crotch, but only on the inside. could it be my discharge, because on the outside there are really no spots there. or is there a possibility that i may have sat in a flow?

: If your underwear is clean, those white spots are not due to vaginal discharge. Without underwear, vaginal discharge can't be ruled out. In general, you should note or feel the discharge if it is heavy enough to stain your pant.

Accepted Answer

The infection is: likely responding to the antibiotics and the pus is turning color.  Necrotic tissue can also give the darker/ blackish appearance which would indicate failure of therapy with antibiotics.  Rely on other signs (i.e. worsening pain, worsening fever, weakness, increased phlegm or shortness of breath, etc.) to give you an idea if things are better or worse.

Vitiligo: It must be a benign skin disorder (hypopigmentation of skin unrelated to sickle cell . No treatment required.

Not sure either but: Go to dentist and if he is worried by them he will send you to an oral surgeon to remove them and do a biopsy. And stop smoking! It's terrible for your health! There are many stop smoking aids and programs.

Raindrops: I'm assuming it is not vitiligo. Please go online and look at pictures of the extremely common non-disease called (idiopathic) guttate hypomelanosis. It's not dangerous or a sign of serious illness, and it's famously untreatable (the rx's are worse than the "disease"). If this is what you have, consciously decide to like it (most folks can do this). Guttate means "raindrops".

: happy Birthday!. Your description is not one of herpes  which occurs periodically with mild discomfort in small ulcers and heals- as cycles. Try keeping area clean with soap and water and apply cortisone cream. If not better pl see a urologist

White MRI spot: These white spots are non-specific. It can be due to ms, but we usually see them in people with history of high blood pressure and diabetes. 
Now it depends on your sign and symptoms. Why you were referred for mri?
