Raindrops: I'm assuming it is not vitiligo. Please go online and look at pictures of the extremely common non-disease called (idiopathic) guttate hypomelanosis. It's not dangerous or a sign of serious illness, and it's famously untreatable (the rx's are worse than the "disease"). If this is what you have, consciously decide to like it (most folks can do this). Guttate means "raindrops".

Tinea Versicolor: Tinea versicolor is a common yeast infection of the skin that often affects adolescents and young adults. The term versicolor refers to the fact that it causes the affected skin to change color and become either lighter or darker than surrounding skin. The only way to tell for sure is to scrape the skin and look for hyphae under the microscope.
