My dr ordered a m r i, found 20 white spots on my brain, he says its m s u think its what it is, ?

White MRI spot: These white spots are non-specific. It can be due to ms, but we usually see them in people with history of high blood pressure and diabetes. Now it depends on your sign and symptoms. Why you were referred for mri? You need to see a neurologist.

Not necessarily: If you have history of migraine, head injury, high blood pressure or merely taking a variety of meds, could be better answer (eg, microvascular angioplasty). Ms is best diagnosed based on history and physical exam. The MRI is used for confirmation and treatment decisions in part. Get neurological consultation.
