Without seeing it : It is hard to say. May just be dry skin causing itchiness . Puffiness as a result of constant scratching. You can take a histamine eg allegra, claritin, zyrtec, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) etc for the itch but you may need prescription for topical steroids from your physician. Otc ones may not be strong enough, but you can certainly try.

: You will need to find a specialist who uses this new device to determine the limits in its use. Your assumptions about new cells are in error. The 1mm daily stretching of the leg bone leads to the same accommodation/growth as natural growth in childhood. Muscles/blood vessels add cells. Third party insurance would likely only cover 1 leg when the legs were unequal length, not to grow taller.

Sounds : Sounds like he tore a muscle and had some bleeding under the skin.  Usually treated with ice for 24 hours to minimize swelling, ace wrap for support, rest and antiinflamatories like ibuprofen.  At this the time, he seems to be doing the right thing. You will have to learn how to learn the ingredients and calories in all the food you eat, and stay persistent. : When you pull a large muscle you often get some bleeding and subsequent bruising. It can be a few weeks that the bruise continues to travel/seep into the adjacent tissues, including the penis. Hot baths/showers daily will help the bruise resolve over the coming weeks.
