Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

i have two small black spots(like mole) on my cheek and near my lip.it appeared suddenly last week.what should it be?should i consult a dermatologist?

Only a month: Give it time. You neglected to indicate what procedure was employed. That also matters. Ask the Dr who did it.

Yes: Yes. Color should gradually normalize. Sometimes area is permanently lighter. Sometimes hyperpigmented if exposed to sun or in darker individuals.

Please go see a doctor and request that this mole be removed. A dermatologist may be the best specialist to handle it. If you do not know a dermatologist, go see your family doctor for initial assessment and advice.
