i notice some very tiny black hair (hardly noticeable/dots) growing  in the middle of my breasts and some inner & lower parts of my breasts. problem?

Probably: COMPLETELY normal....If you remove such hairs  yourself they may grow back as coarser and blacker replacements..see a Dermatologist if you are concerned about the COSMETIC effects!

Sebum-blackhead: Yes: even the male breast has sebaceous (oil) glands and hair follicles. These glands can becoe clogged and form a comedone( blackhead). Squeezing s not an answer- see your physician for treatment.

i have acne, mostly on my chin. i also have wiry, black hairs on my chin and breasts. is this a concern for hormonal imbalance? how can it be treated?

Unlikely, possible.: Acne, and coarse dark facial and body hair can possibly be associated with certain hormonal conditions.  Among them would be polycystic ovary syndrome, and other rarer hormonal disorders.  These conditions can usually be identified by appropriate blood tests.  Whether or not a specific reason can be found for the acne or hair, both of these conditions can be easily treated by a physician.

over past 3yrs, have found random single black corse hair on all areas of large breasts (dd). maybe only 2 or 3 a month. worth talking to doc about?

Sounds ok: A single coarse hair on one or both breasts, regardless of cup size, sounds fine. Even 2 or 3 hairs sounds fine. Women can just yank them out. A trip to a doctor is not needed for a hair, but be sure to have a primary care doctor, such as an internal medicine doctor or a family medicine doctor. One can also add an Ob-Gyn doctor, if one's primary care doctor is not doing breast and pelvic exams.

I personally use: Cynosure apogee elite the best of the best . In my opinion and my laser technician who has worked with many machines before (candela and others). It is the least painful and most effective one.

Keratin plug: A black keratin plug is from an underlying epidermal cyst and is not serious. It can be easily removed surgically.

Get a mammo and US.: Sorry, I'm very skittish when it comes to findings on the breast.  And there are skin changes associated with breast cancer.  I'm not saying you have cancer, believe me.  Chances are great that you don't.  But I'd be safe and get tested, especially if breast cancer runs on your family.  Better to be safe.

Get checked out: Hard to see.  You need to be examined by a doctor. Could be a wart, could be skin cancer. I would recommend seeing your local general doctor first.

It is a blackhead: What you describe is a form of blackhead. Although most people are familiar with this on their face, this can also occur on the chest or back. Not serious, just ugly... :(
There are treatments to make formation of these less likely but if there is just one or two a gentle squeeze is okay.
