Sebum-blackhead: Yes: even the male breast has sebaceous (oil) glands and hair follicles. These glands can becoe clogged and form a comedone( blackhead). Squeezing s not an answer- see your physician for treatment.

I have acne on the underside of my right breast. My doc. Said they are cysts. Not! they are blackheads & whiteheads in the hair pores. If i squeese them, they empty just like on a face, some of them get large & purple. What causes this?
