popped blister on big toe side. now its hard almost like callous. been about 5 days now. is this normal? not painful really.

Callosity: A blister is from acute friction.  A callosity, the hard part,  is from chronic friction.  Check your footwear.  Check the size against a Bannock device found in most shoe stores and get a pair the is IMMEDIATELY comfortable.  Don't worry about length of shoe by feeling where your toe are. I would guess your shoe was too narrow.

i walked about 5mi a day (brisk walking) for a few weeks but noticed my second toe on left foot hurting. i've stopped walking but now there's a large blood blister callous and the nail is slightly purple. no pain. is that ok or should i get an eval?

Blood blister: It could be a blood blister - these can take a few weeks to reabsorb.  Other dark red skin lesions include hemangiomas, which are basically abnormal collections of blood vessels.

Yes: Or more commonly, slight bleeding and bruising of the soft tissues under the callus tissue can cause a lot of pain.  See a podiatrist to get relief.

You should visit: A podiatrist and let them take care of this. Don't play around and do "bathroom surgery" or you risk infection.

Remove callus.: Try using utterbalm under occlusion to soften callus, warm water soaks followed by pumice stone will help remove callus. Be sure to wear supportive shoes with arch supports. If problem continues then see a podiatrist to help diagnose and treat the problem.

had a small callus on my palm near wrist. spread looking sort of like athlete's foot. now is red/tender and has tiny blisters filled w/clear liquid?

Dysdidrosis?: Likely dyshidrosis, a type of dermatitis. Could be fungal but less likely, however only way to be certain is to get the help of a derm who can do an in office cheap test ( koh) and tell for sure in 5 minutes without guessing.

See Podiatrist: Sounds like an ulcer with infection. Whatever it actual is, it is not normal and needs treatment.
