Possible: Could  be the chocolate or another ingredient in the cookies.  Posivle gerd or allergic reaction.  See your doctor about this.

Metallic taste: This is often very difficult to find the cause. If this does not disappear over time, a thorough dental, medical and neurologic exam is often necessary, yet may not determine the cause.
Check first with your dentist to rule out any dental problems. Then check with your medical doctor.
Drugs, diet, head, neck, oral and systemic infections, smoking, neurologic changes are all possibilities.

Not typical, but...: Pregnitude is a fairly new product, so you may not find a lot of information about adverse effects.  It contains myo-inositol, which may cause bowel issues or mood changes.   I couldn't find a list of the other, inert ingredients on the website. You may stop the product and see if your problem goes away, then restart it to be sure.  Also, try contacting the company:

Many possibilities: Enalapril, like any blood pressure medication, can cause dizziness. Monitor BP several times daily to see the range of readings. Omeprazole can cause taste disturbances but this is not common. More common causes of metallic taste in mouth include diseases of the gums and teeth, multivitamins and supplements, antidepressants, chemotherapy or radiation.

Dysgeusia or: Altered taste sensation may be from tooth decay, gingivitis, sinus condition. Suggest seeing dentist &/or ENT specialist for thorough exam. None of the meds u take specifically mention altered taste as side effect. Zinc deficiency can be associated with dysgeusia. Zinc lozenges r available otc for helping prevent colds.

This is very logical because the bacteria that produce the sulfur compounds breed on the back of the tongue, which is the area that is susceptible to sour, bitter, and metallic tastes.

Metal fillings : Metal fililngs or metals in crowns can cause this.  Ask your dentist if replacing the small silver fillings in your mouth with white ones is advisable.  Larger filings may need to be replaced with crowns    there are crowns that do not have metal in them.

Broad range possible: Certain supplements & medications can give a metallic taste like biaxin, (clarithromycin) lithium, azithromycin, captopril, penicillamine, meds for glaucoma, reflux, & insomnia. Epistaxis, sinus infections or gingivitis with occult bleeding of the gums can give a metallic taste..  Deteriorating metallic fillings, caries & abscesses can as well.   Vitamin deficiencies b-12 & zinc, pregnancy & some systemic diseases.
