Retest: First make sure she is not on her period and the urine positive test is due to contamination.  Make sure the urine specimen is properly collected.  At her age, blood in the urine could be due to bladder infection or rare lesions of the kidney.  If the blood persists with proper collection, then have her see her OB-GYN.

Needs assessment: 2 things are needed fairly promptly here: 1) a pregnancy test and if positive urgent medical attention and 2) a urinalysis to check no infection.  There are a variety of other possibilities including pelvic infection, other urinary tract problem that require examination and tests but rapidly excluding a pregnancy related problem or kidney infection is quite important. If one's primary care doctor is not available, her ob-gyn doctor may be able to help, or the E.R. Doctor certainly can help. There may be a urine infection or other problem in the kidneys, ureters, bladder, etc...

If so, be checked out for  UTI (bacterial/viral); besides, consider, check, &amp; treat for common STD such as chlamydia, especially with urethral discharge. If no UTI is confirmed, gross bloody urine needs to be evaluated with CT.IVP + cystoscopy despite age 26. As to hydrocele, it may not be related with bloody urine.

7meds like aspirin, anticoagulants, anti cancer drugs

blood can be visible or microscopic.

Yes, possible: Above scenario appears consistent with a passed stone, however you are left with the 2 conditions that contributed, taking a blood thinner and the propensity of forming stones and the risk for another such episode in the future remains high. Make sure all your treating docs are aware of recent events.
