Home remedies.: Store aloe vera gel in the refrigerator and apply to affected area.  Rub a basil leaf on the bite. It repels mosquitoes ; has anti-inflammatory properties effect. Consider applying calamine lotion. Apply crushed ice or a cold pack.   A 1 to 1 mix of water and baking soda is effective when applied to the lesions. You can take oral medications like Benadryl (diphenhydramine)  or chlorpheniramine.

Few possibilities : Typically the tip of the penis is sensitive and you could either have some skin irritation or even mild urethritis- which is a non specific inflammation. Using aquapor could be helpful- can get from CVS. Additionally a urinalysis could be helpful to see if you do have a mild infection - need to consider your sexual history as well. Lastly the tissue you are using could be an irritant. See your doc

Depends: If you think there is even a remote possibility of a sexually transmitted infection, then get a gyn exam.  This could be a symptom of a herpes,  even if you cannot see a sore.  It could be a small cut also, in which case it should heal fine in a few days, however I would still recommend having an exam to be on the safe side. Sometimes localized yeast infections can also burn on contact with urine.

As with... : ...Most things on the skin,  a doctor needs to actually look at  this to see what it is.  It could be bites,  or it could be an infection of the skin (something called impetigo).  If it's getting worse and spreading,  see your doctor.
