Few possibilities : Typically the tip of the penis is sensitive and you could either have some skin irritation or even mild urethritis- which is a non specific inflammation. Using aquapor could be helpful- can get from CVS. Additionally a urinalysis could be helpful to see if you do have a mild infection - need to consider your sexual history as well. Lastly the tissue you are using could be an irritant. See your doc
