You Need Med-checkup: If you have a "swollen Bump" and enlarged lymph nodes, you likely have infection in this area. Infections require proper Antibiotics prescribed which will require a visit to see a physician. Do it soon before the infection spreads into your body and cause serious trouble.

Spider bite, worst?: This could be any number of bug bites.  If a serous spider bite you will have a 'bull's eye' around the bite site.  Otherwise,  a bite will have a surrounding area of redness and swelling.  Application of over the counter cortisone cream should resolve this over a 2-3 days period; if it persits beyond that, see your PCP

Depends on location: This sound like potential bug bites.  The exact type of bug depends on your location.  It can range from ticks to mosquitos to bedbugs.

It also depends on whether you are on any other medications or have any other symptoms.

If the area becomes painful or hot or is enlarging in size think of infection and see your doctor about an antibiotic or drainage.
