Possibly: We don't know the long term effects of hormones. You have gilbert's condition due to a pile up of bilirubin (ask your doctor) and your vitamin d level is appallingly low. It should be between 60 and 80. :your cholesterol/hdl ratio is O.K.

Doubtful: I highly doubt any relationship between elevated bilirubin and vitamin D deficiency in adults.  Given the epidemic of vitamin D deficiency, physicians would see thousands more patients with elevated bilirubin if there was a relationship between the two.  That being said, a 2013 study from Asia suggests low vitamin D may be associated with elevated bilirubin in neonates.

Likely unrelated : Based on the limited information, unlikely related.  If  vitamin d level is severely low and one has gilbert syndrome, it can stress the body and bilirubin can be high.  Would need to know if this is direct or indirect bilirubin (not just total).  Needs further evaluation and follow-up at 4.5.

is having high bilirubin, high calcium, high albumin, high protein and a vitamin d insufficiency normal? my bilirubin has been elevated since 2021 , its higher now. i have symptoms of dizziness, bone pain, weakness/fatigue and more?

: When having blood test done we want all the results in normal ranges, NOT low or high. So your lab results are ABNORMAL but how significant they are and their causal relationship with your symptoms are undefined because we do not have your medical history and the numbers. : All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data you provided is not a cause for concern. The slightly elevated bilirubin could be due to Gilbert Syndrome.

Labs interpretation: dear Cole, out of all lab results you mentioned , I would recommend to investigate why your bilirubin level is high. It can be a sign of subacute or chronic liver condition. 
All your symptoms are presentation of systemic problem and it may be liver disease as well
In regard of testosterone levels interpretation, usualy it is age dependent and not recommended to check unless males have infertility

Bone problems: In adults severe vitamin d deficiency causes decreased mineralization and softening of the bones. Symptoms include chronic muscle pain and bone pain when pressing on the tibia and sternum. If it's not severe and only a mild lack of vitamin d there may be no symptoms. Laboratory testing interpreted by your doctor is necessary.

Vitamin B/D/E: If you are eating a healthy, well-balanced diet, you probably don't need to take vitamin supplements. Regarding your question, B-12 is water-soluble and therefore if you take excess amount, you will excrete it in the urine.  However, fat-soluble vitamins (A,D,E,K) can be toxic if taken in excess.  Recommend discussion with your primary care physician before embarking on vitamin supplementation.
