It means you're sick: Please forgive my frankness. Your physician has a duty to begin or continue your workup for hyperbilirubinemia and elevated liver transaminases, and to explain what he/she is doing. This may be nothing more than too much alcohol or a medication you're sensitive to, or you may have a viral or immune hepatitis, Wilson's, hemochromatosis or some other serious illness that must be Rx's.

Need to follow: This also depends on your transaminases. I saw your message came through Egypt; there's the possibility of a lab error with hepatitis C as the underlying cause. Your workup will probably include a trial of stopping meds. If this doesn't bring it down or you're on no Rx's, and transaminases are also up, you'll be checked for hemochromatosis, Wilson's, autoimmunity and a few others.

Labs interpretation: dear Cole, out of all lab results you mentioned , I would recommend to investigate why your bilirubin level is high. It can be a sign of subacute or chronic liver condition. 
All your symptoms are presentation of systemic problem and it may be liver disease as well
In regard of testosterone levels interpretation, usualy it is age dependent and not recommended to check unless males have infertility

High bilirubin: sounds like you may have a problem with your liver if your bilitrubin is still high and you are yellow or jaundiced.  Having Hepatitis A many years ago should not cause your current symptoms.  You need to see your primary doctor or see a Gastroenterologist to run further tests.

Symptoms?: I would suggest that the symptoms that led you to have the blood work done in the first place would be the reason why you would want to visit a doctor.  Lab results are difficult to interpret without any other history or context.  Your bili level is mildly elevated, but that doesn't tell me anything without history and the cause could be perfectly benign.  See your doctor.

Needs more info: Your age and symptoms are concerned for potential connective tissue/rheumatic condition other than Gallbladder issue with elevated bilirubin,  such as ankylosis spondylitis for instance. I would advise to follow up with your PCP and possible rheumatologist if needed.

Any symptoms?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your lab results are not a cause for concern. You did not say if you have any symptoms; do you?
