Not required : Even after removal of gall bladder bile salt metabolism will be same most bile salts are absorbed by gut and recirculated..

Rare but can happen: It is not unheard of to have bile duct stones after removal of the gallbladder.  Usually it occurs within two year of the operation, but can occur later.  An ERCP can usually take care of it.

Yes you should: it depend on the circumstances around the inflammation and what symptoms you have.i will be concerned and I will check with my GI for proper evaluation.

Training: You do not need them. Naturopaths are trained differently and so are thought the you do, though there is no scientific evidence to back that. The gallbadder is like a reservoir  only. It only is a storage site. The salts , etc, are still produced and released whether there or not.

GI function: You will be ready when your GI function returns to normal , no abdominal distention and no pain , when you are doing all things your were doing before, that includes your exercises. Make sure you go for follow up visits including stent removal.

Yes but will resolve: After gallbladder surgery, some people have ongoing abdominal symptoms, such as pain, bloating, gas, and diarrhea (postcholecystectomy syndrome).  Following cholecystectomy, bile which was once stored in the gallbladder and released only after meals, now flows continuously into the intestines and cause irritation. Cholestyramine absorbs bile, but these symptoms will often resolve over time.

Not needed: Your liver makes plenty of bile. The gallbladder just stores it. When your gallbladder is removed the bile your liver makes drips into the intestines continuosly and is still there to help digest fats (and fat soluble vitamins) adding bovine bile salts will not be  helpful and may lead to diarrhea.

Gall bladder issues : Your condition sounds interesting. More clarification is needed. What do you mean by having a bile leak? Do you have a change in smell and taste all the time?

Healthy foods: Previously you may be getting gb attacks with fried food , now you no longer will get. With or without , gb should be eating lots of fresh vegetables, fruits, less red meats , more fish and required vitamins and minerals , plenty of exercise , and you feel good.

Differential DX is..: ...The process we go thru to narrow down the cause of a problem. In this case, we need to know when the pain was occurring relative to the surgery and the type of pain. If the pain mimics a gallbladder attack, it may be due to a stone in the bile duct. Mild pain early-on is likely incisional pain. Severe pain, esp associated with fever may indicate a complication. Best bet: see your surgeon.
