Spot fat loss does : not occur naturally. By losing weight in general  some may be thigh fat.  But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy &amp; be physically active. Diet & Exercise: Proper exercise and diet are very important.  If you have been dieting and exercising the way you should, then possibly medical intervention is needed so you may need to go to a plastic surgeon to see what else can be done.

Tough to say: Statistically, it would be a muscle strain/sprain, but without a proper exam you can not know if it is something more serious like a blood clot.  Masturbating would most likely have nothing to do with it.

See Dr., then eat...: If one is truly underweight (based on height, family background, and body type), a Dr. can evaluate for a hormonal, digestive, or other disorder. If no medical cause is found, then one can add weight by eating more calories of nutritious foods, while also doing weight-training to increase muscle. Proteins: egg white, chicken breast, salmon, ...  Better fats: olive oil, peanuts, almonds, tofu, ....

Diet AND exercise: Make sure you exercise at least 90 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods.  Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories. Being overweight can increase ur risk of hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea.

Disordered Eating: The thigh gap cultural phenomenon was born out of a Victorias Secret Runway Show back in 2012.  These girls are unusually tall and unusually thin.  It is not realistic for most women.  Since it's inception, it has become the obession in particular with teen girls, and is also highly associated with disordered eating.   Anorexia is deadly, and the quest for a thigh gap will lead you down that path.

: Impossible to lose fat from specific places.  I would look at other women in your family when they were your age to see if it runs in your family.  Discuss with your Dr.

Cardio Mix: If you adipose tissue that you'd like to lose then consider an increase in cardio and a balanced diet. However, do not always do the same exercise or you will increase your risks for stress injuries. Mix things up with running, biking, swimming, or circuit training. Ultimately you need to burn more than you consume.

Check hormone levels: Your testosterone levels could be low. Or your scrotum and penis just appear relatively small  due to excessive fat surrounding them.
