Benign findings: Dependent atalectasis is just compression of the dependent lungs when lying down. A normal finding, mild bi-apical scarring is simply symmetric scar formation at the top of both lungs, usually associated with aging. Don't worry.

See a pulmonologist.: Biapical means at the top of the lungs.  The pleura is the lining of the lung.  Parenchyma is the lung tissue itself.  And Fibrosis is scarring.  There are many potential causes of this condition.  But since fibrosis itself is not a good diagnosis I would recommend seeing a Pulmonologist ASAP.

Nothing worrisome: Reactive lymph nodes are lymph nodes that are prominent but not worrisome, presumably secondary to a recent infection.  Fibrosis is scarring.  On it's own, not a terrible thing.  Slightly unusual for a 37 yr old though.  May be from an old infection.  However, if you smoke, this would be secondary to damage.

Likely benign: This could be from an old infection you had in the lung but it could also be due to other causes such as auto immune conditions. However, it's less likely to be anything serious. It's important for me to know why you had a CT in the first place. 
Overall, less likely to be anything serious based on what you have posted.

Common : ask your doctor usually they. Check for TB and rarely other disease can present with apical scarring

Future evaluation: Nodules can be very common in the chest.  A lot of the decision of what to do with your nodule depends on your smoking history. If you have never smoked then the likelihood that this represents an early cancer is low. There is a national guideline in the United States for repeating a series of ct scans to ensure that the nodule does not grow.  Your doctor will plan this out with you.

Scarring: This could be the result of an old infection such as pneumonia which can cause scarring or the findings you describe. Most likely not serious but a follow up chest X-ray or Ct scan in 3 months may be indicated. Speak with ur primary physician or lung doctor. Good luck

: It means you have scarring in your lung, probably from sarcoidosis.  It needs to be followed by a Pulmonologist and treated if it appears to be progressing.

The fibrosis and : Atelectasis isnt anything to worry about, just some lung tissue collapsed on itself and scarring.  The ground glass nodule is something that may need longer term follow up to make sure it doesnt grow.  These can be due to something called atypical adenomatous hyperplasia (aah).
