Unknown &controversy: There is not enough science to answer this definitively. I think yes. One of the best studies was done by abam hoffer md who showed dramatic increases in survival in cancer patients who took high doses of b complex, beta carotene, e, c, selenium & zinc. Surbex xt has four b vitamins but not the full b complex.

No specific foods: There is no specific food that one needs to eat as long as you have a balanced diet including protein.  You can take vitamin supplements as well if you are not getting them in your diet.

: This is not necessarily cancer-it could be a benign ulcer that bled and that is why the hemoglobin is low. Ferritin can be high as an acute phase reactant whenever there is inflammation and a benign ulcer can cause inflammation. Only biopsies will diagnose an ulcer as malignant, not the way it looks. Intravenous water : Soluble vitamins can do it. Linus pauling worked with a scottish physician and found that large doses of vitamin c helped cancer patients. I/v vit c gets higher concentrations. Trouble is that vitamin therapy has not yet become an accepted approach.

See a Specialist: Tg ab and tg are a marker for remaining thyroid tissue (and presumably thyroid cancer), TSH is the hormone that stimulates thyroid tissue to grow and produce thyroid hormone, PTH is the hormone that controls your calcium metabolism. You should discuss your lab interpretations with a specialist, especially given your history of thyroid cancer.

No.: B17 is not a cancer cure nor is it a vitamin.  It is another name for laetrile. There is no good evidence that it can prevent or cure cancer and it may have some toxic effects.  Many cancer drugs do come from plants and other natural sources.

Plan meals ahead: Many of us finished our grueling medical training by our early 30s. Those of us in OB and other fields kept up the 24/7 work. That is a rough life, and few retire healthy, it is said. Equally tough is working irregular hours or night shifts. It is important to have a schedule of exercise and healthy eating during the days off and while on duty. No supplement will suffice. A balanced diet is key.

Supplements are best: Though sun exposure will potentially help the body create vitamin D, the newest research suggests that sunlight is inadequate for vitamin D synthesis in most regions of the world and for people of darker complexions this is an even greater problem. With modern vitamin D supplements, there really is no reason to rely on sunlight alone to get vitamin D levels up. Skin cancer risk is another reason.

Vit B17 = cyanide: Vit b17 is a "friendly" name of cyanide- it is poison. 
No documented scientific evidence exists supporting the use of cyanide (b17) to treat cancer patients.
