Vitamins: A good multivitamin is a good idea.  It's like an insurance policy for when we don't eat right, don't sleep well, or are especially stressed.  Go to a good store or get some guidance because the popular brands are typically very week and not helpful.  The dose (read label and check that half or more of the ingredients are several 100 per cent above RDA.  Dose more important than a long list.

Vitamin : For a young healthy person, simply eating a healthy diet rich in leafy green vegetables, red and orange vegetables, some fish   is sufficient.  One might consider a multivitamin, but this is probably not necessary if you are eating right.  Green veggies are rich in lutein and orange veggies have lots of beta carotene in them. Both compounds are good for eyes.

Vitamin D: This is a tough question to answer because all vitamins have a place, but looking at your history, the single most important vitamin to make sure you get is vitamin d. It helps your brain and your hormones. If you mean what brand of vitamins, again, its tough, but i look for vitamins with good ingredients and no added long list of extra ingredients. One brand i like is metabolic maintenance.

You also want natural vit e (d-tocopherol, not dl which is synthetic); no more than 2500 iu pre-formed vit a.  Also 1000iu vit d.  I haven't found a chewable vitamin that contains all this, but maybe nature's way alive adult multi-vitamin gummy comes closer than others.

Weight lifting and other muscle building exercises can help you increase your body mass.

This is important because the quality of food is deteriorating due to soil being depleted of minerals, toxins, etc.  Starting at your age is a good idea.  Please get a good quality vitamin, not the common brands over the counter.  Many have just enough in them to be legal.  100% of an ingredient is often not enough.
