Don't base on taste!: In choosing aloe vera juice i believe taste is much less important than which is most beneficial- do you want a good tasting brand that is ineffective?  And different people may have different ideas on which tastes best- it's a bit like asking which wine tastes best! there are many brands, each claiming to be the best. They're not!: Acai juice and any other otc garbage doesn't help with weight loss. Only if you're trying to lose weight in your wallet. Why would you take something when you don't know what's in it or whether it'll harm you -- particularly when it won't help you. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet. Invest in healthy nutrition, weight loss, diet, etc.

Not realy: Vegetable juice can be an easy way to increase the amount of vegetables in your diet, but you shouldn't routinely use it to replace whole vegetables. 
While vegetable juice has plenty of vitamins and minerals, it's lower in fiber and less filling than is a serving of most whole vegetables. Enough fiber in your diet may reduce your risk of constipation, high cholesterol, high blood sugar.

It is okay: A v8 is relatively healthy although it is thought that the less processed the better so more whole food approaches are thought to be even healthier. It would probably be healthier than a soda!  if you are watching sodium you could try to get the low sodium version.  Stay safe!

Less sugar: Vegetable juice has a substantial amount of sugar from the veggies that it is made from. You will take in more calories from juice than if you eat a few servings of vegetables. Fiber is an issue too, and fiber from vegetables helps to reduce the risk of diabetes, colon cancer, diverticulosis, and obesity.

Different benefits: With juicing you get a greater concentration of nutrients from inside the plant cells, but you miss out on the benefits of certain enzymes and the natural interaction of food with your body. You also bypass the benefit of fiber. Don't only juice (of course you want to go organic whenever possible). Chew colorful fruits and vegetables.

No rules: It is generally recommended to use as fresh (soon) as possible, as the deactivation of the most healthy nutrients -and the unpredictable interactions of a particular mix- starts very soon after prepared the juice. No fixed rule about hours is universally the truth (different factors will influence it). Drink it fresh.
