No: Antibiotics are prescribed for a specific diagnosis by a provider.  If you are making your own diagnosis then you are short changing yourself. Using left over meds means you did not completely treat a previous infection. Using the wrong antibiotic can lead to overgrowth of bacteria and or side effects. See a dentist for diagnosis and proper treatment.

Pain is not normal: Pain is always a sign something is wrong.  Even though you have been on antibiotics, there is probably still some swelling even if it is not visible.  Root canal therapy should take care of your problem.

if you have allergic reaction like rash , itching, hives and unexpected swelling of face, lips, tongue.Headaches
take 50 mgm of Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and it can be repeated every 4 hours and see your doctor asap.Severe reaction may need short corse of corticosteroids
diarrhea and abdominal pain are not due to allergy.

Hard to say: Anxiety can certainly cause difficulties in swallowing.  An allergic reaction to the antibiotic would involve itching, tingling, swelling in the throat, mouth and/or lips.  Are you having any trouble breathing?  If so then I would be evaluated by a doctor.  Better to be safe in this situation.
