In am: Both can increase energy so i generally tell people to take them in the morning.  Take them with food especially the b.  That is hard to take on an empty stomach!

Yes, but also...: It is OK to take ubiquinol with coffee or tea. However, ubiquinol is fat soluble so having eating some fat with it (nuts, cheese, eggs, coconut oil etc.) will enhance its absorption.

Drug cocktail: You can take all three at the same time.

Don't take any: A healthy person with a satisfactory diet does not benefit from any of these supplements.  It may be useful to eat a diet rich in fish for long-term prevention of cardiovascular disease, but even this is uncertain.  Fish and krill oil are both marine oils rich in omega-3 fatty acids that may help some people with heart or vascular disease.

SCS possibility: If it is pain with numbness you might be a candidate for a spinal cord stimulation system (scs).

Folic acid: Only folic acid. 600 micrograms per day (0.6 mg). Note: doses &gt;1 mg are associated with adverse effects.

There could  be inte: There  could  be a drug interaction where  one drug interfers with the effect  of  another  drug and makes it  more  powerful or  weaker. You need to discuss this with your  physician to make certain all of your  health issues  are known
