Aleve is the easiest to use since you take one twice a day but that doesn't make it better.  Different people metabolize the active ingredients slightly differently and so find they have a preference.  See which you like best.  See a doctor if you need any for more than a week.

None: Asthma is a chronic lung condition with an inflammation of airway.  This inflammation is best controlled by inhaled steroid. From dietary source, fish oil has an antiinflammatory effect.

NSAIDs: both ibuprofen and meloxicam (Mobic) are Nonsteroidal Antiinflammatory Drugs. They do the same but aren't the same drug, and are not equipotent, meaning you need different dosages from either to have the same effect, consult your doctor or your pharmacist, good luck

Yes: lidocaine can burn a little, but it can help. You should see a primary care doctor to have it diagnosed. There are some serious conditions that can present as proctitis.

NSAIDs: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are OTC meds that can somewhat relieve pain and inflammation depending on the cause. But without knowing the cause it is difficult to determine what ails you. If the area that is inflamed does not resolve within two weeks, please see your dentist or physician.

Suggestions: I will give you some suggestions of things to try, but it sounds like you need to see a doctor to get a diagnosis and specific treatment as soon as possible. Omeprazole which is over the counter can block stomach acid and may help. Aloe vera supplements or juice can be soothing to the gastrointestinal tract. Probiotics can help restore the normal gut bacteria. Good luck and get to a doctor soon.

Yes, temporarily: Otc Hydrocortisone cream is weak, not very potent, so it's safer to use in the groin region and on the buttocks (than stronger prescription steroid creams).  But if what you are applying the cortisone cream to doesn't improve after a few days, you should stop using it and see your doctor.

Yes: If you have Insulin resistance or even diabetes metformin is fine to take.  Some people have lost weight on metformin, perhaps due to GI side effects.  I haven't heard that it can interfere with diet pills but those can be dangerous on their own.

Nsaids: There is really no best over the counter nsaid.
Ibuprofen comes in many varieties such as motrin, advil, nuprin
etc while Aleve (naproxen) is the otc variety of naprosyn. 
Aleve (naproxen) probably works a little faster but is more likely to irritate
your stomach.
There are prescription nsaids which are less likely to bother your
stomach.
