: Hernia is an anatomical defect. While losing weight etc might help it will not change that. Lose weight,avoid heavy lifting or straining and whe in good shape have it treated surgically. Good luck.

is rebounding on mini trampoline good for eyes?

Not proven: Rebounding trampolines have been advocated from making your vision better, glaucoma better, aligning the eyes to reducing migraines by movement of cerebrospinal fluid since wwii.  But all are personal and scattered reports.  But there is scientific data from nasa that showed it is a much better way of exercising for heart & body than treadmill and jogging.  Certainly it won't hurt the eyes.

i have bad knees and was wondering if rebounding (exercising on a mini trampoline) is a good or bad exercise for that?

Accepted Answer

Not good: Trampoline exercises are not good if you already have problems with the knees.  Any exercise that increases pressure on these joints should be reduced.   Swimming, bicycling, elliptical machine and walking are gentle on the knees.

front flip on trampoline and landed on thigh area and felt as if i stretched my leg area but now my upper back kinda hurts in a small spot a little but i can move fine?

: Fortunately you apparently sustained a minor injury most likely from hyperextending your paraspinal muscles in your upper back. This strain should heal in several days if you avoid aggravating it.

can i still do flips on. trampoline with possible slipped disc in my neck as well as like a small soft crack at the bottom of my neck?

Best not too: Very dangerous thing todo with a normal neck. Better not chance permanent damage. If you land wrong you may have problems play it safe stay away from a trampoline!

: Trampolines are conducive to causing injuries. There are other, safer, exercises that do not cause impact injuries.

Not fast: Talk to your parents before dieting. To lose weight insure that calories burned &gt; calories consumed. Drink at least 8  - 8 oz glasses of water per day. Try for 8 hours of sleep/night.  Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables &amp; 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol &amp; junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic &amp; weight lifting exercises.

Holistic approach: A doc, coach, or clinical psychologist can help you draw up a plan of action to include exercise, food plan, and stress management.  This can be adjusted weekly as needed.  Focus on your health more than on the number on the scale.  There are lots of good books out there.  Go slow and steady.  Peace and good health.
