Possibly: Spiders vein maybe the tip of  the iceberg for a greater problem with venous hypertension. But they also simply be spider veins. They can come from localized trauma, hormonal effects like after pregnancy or be hereditary . If they are associated with symptoms like, pain, swelling, itching, or restlessness then further evaluation should be done.

SVT or DVT: Svt--superficial vein thrombosis is clot within superficial veins.  Treatment involves local heat, NSAID medications like motrin, Aleve and tylenol (acetaminophen).  Steroid injections around the acute thrombosis may help with pain. Svt veins with thrombosis will usually self resolve. 
Dvt--deep vein thrombosis is clot within the deep veins. This is a medical problem.  Treatment based on urgent  physician review.

Spermatic Vein: Normally, there are enough collateral veins that "pick up the slack" after ligation of the main vein for varicocoele repair,  so there is no need to worry.

Let me explain: Tying the varicose veins in this condition will improve the circulation of the testicle, hoping to save the function of that testicle.

Varicose veins.: Many people are prone to getting these, due to hereditary reasons, but jobs or activities requiring standing in place or similar, causes the earth gravity to do it's thing !. There are one way valves in the veins, their job is to push the blood upwards towards the heart, but with time these valves lose their strength, and cannot do their job, causing blood to accumulate in the veins and stretching

Normal: By dry I am assuming you mean empty. If you don't notice any bulging neck veins while standing up, that is pretty normal. You may see more bulging while lying down or especially if you are upside down. We look at neck veins to see if someone is fluid overloaded. This is not a very accurate/sensitive test. If you feel you are dehydrated, drink more fluids.

No: I have seen a great deal of Chilblains and frost bite. It is from cold exposure. The little or short exposures are the worst, ie, the house to the cold car or into a hot store and back to a cold car. You need to dress warmer, lots of layers, good warm boots, hat, long underwear, etc. Take some fish oil and warm up slowly.

Blowing veins?: Syncope should be evaluated,since there are multiple medical causes. Veins can "collapse" due to low BP, however, cardiac and neurological exams are mandatory.

Feeling faint: and other symptoms.   This can be from a number of things including insulin level or other hormone levels.  It is important for you to see your doctor and get a proper diagnosis.  That's the best way to feel better.  Peace and good health.

have a knot on one of my veins in my arm from sleeping on it months ago. my arm loses blood circulation quick whenever i'm sitting to long. i'm curious about this knot that has been here for months, my heart hurts sometimes from this . ?
