Berocca Boost: Contains guarana, which acts like caffeine to boost your energy. Just as some people are sensitive to caffeine, some may be sensitive to guarana & experience nervousness/"jitters". Major side effect is the vitamin b2 component tends to turn urine dark yellow, which is no cause for alarm. Recommended daily dose is one (1.0) tablet a day.

Interestingly, there are studies noting those individuals who are multilingual can have preservation of one language with loss of another when Broca Area is affected with causes like stroke.
