May not work: Use the topical benzoyl peroxide as you can tolerate, a daily wash with the salicylic acid, tea tree oil only if you are a female (it's made men grow breasts), leave the aloe vera unused. This will clear you only if your acne is mild. If it's on your trunk is producing scars or isn't gone in two weeks, get with your physician who can add prescription-strength Rx.

Acne: Some people's skin is very sensitive to Aloe Vera as well as to Tea Tree Oil. Benzoyl peroxide can be quite irritating to acne. There is potential for problems with this concoction of ingredients.

: You should use either one.
Adapalene cream is now available over the counter, very effective for acne prevention, you should use it along with Benzoyl.
Use sunscreen lotion when going out for protection when using these products.

Retinoic acids: I doubt you're allergic to both, though they are both unpleasant to use and will irritate the heck out of your skin. That's part of how they work. If you are not able to tolerate these, a retinoic acid derivative toically is a good start. Your physician can add something else to the regimen if you're not clear in two weeks.

Cystic Acne: For cystic acne you would need oral antibiotics like prescription solodyn (minocycline) or doryx. Topical prescriptions would be epiduo or ziana or acanya or retin a. If these medications are not effective then there is accutane. 80% of patients that take Accutane never have acne again.

They differ: Benzoyl peroxide is an astringent that is used to kill surface bacteria.  Salicylic acid does not kill bacteria it breaks down pore plugs formed by skin oil and skin cells.  The main cause of acne is a change in skin cells from testosterone stimulation.

Separate: Uncertain what you are  using these  for  but I would keep them separate. You can discuss with your physician.

No: They work by different mechanisms one is keratolytic and peels salicylic acid and the other kills bacteria. The two can be used in combination.
