Diet: Hi, in a perfect world of dieting 50-60% of calorie should come from carb, 20% from Protein and up to 30% from fat.
This is for a person with normal weight, now if you want to lose weight then you should decrease your fat and carb on desired weight , follow above,

You can have salads/vegetables for better nutrition & still lose weight. And please choose organic cottage cheese. But the best diet is one that you can follow for years.
