In context.: Drinking 60 oz of water (doesn't have to be distilled) is adequate for hydration. That amount of water, in general, doesn't have any health effects as long as you're healthy otherwise (no kidney disease, &amp;c). However the "detox" plan &amp; its duration isn't generally advisable. Detox is nutritionally deficient &amp; you can get  electrolyte problems. Check w/ your doctor before starting any "fad" diets.

Not much interaction: The extract of taraxicum officinale root in rodent studies is shown to be an inhibitor of the cytochrome p450 1a2 enzyme, and this is distinct from the 2d6 enzyme that fluoxetine inhibits.  This would imply that the consuming dandelion root extract would not markedly change the metabolism of fluoxetine although it may slow down the metabolism of fluoxetine very slightly because 1a2 may contribute.

If you have ragweed allergy it's possible for the tea to give you an allergic reaction. It would be unlikely that the tea would cause your symptoms unless it was adulterated. Make sure your tea is from a reliable manufacturer. If your abdominal pain persists or reoccurs see a Dr.

: Try to avoid the laxative habit by drinking lots of fluids daily including some hot water,eating fiber&amp;getting regular exercise. If you have very little urge for BMs, try taking a gentle bowel stimulant like SenokotS daily according to instructions. If you get urges but can't move,work from below with dulcolax rectal suppositories or fleets enema. A prescription medication is available for IBS-C.

I hope you discussed: the benefits vs. risks of your progesterone &amp; anti-prolactin medications with both your OB &amp; your Pediatrician. Apparently, one shouldn't use dandelion tea as a diuretic for more than 3-4 weeks, nor take it with a prescribed diuretic. Since there are no studies on the " dose" of the tea, I can't tell you what %age crosses into breastmilk or how safe it is.
