Yes: If a child had a skull fracture, they may have had an internal bleed as well or a shearing injury or other brain injury.  Behavioral problems can occur after any serious head injury.  Seek help from a neurologist.

Many causes...: Nose bleeds in kids can be caused by a number of things. The number one cause by far is nose picking. Dry skin inside the nose can also be a problem (a little vaseline can help). Friable blood vessels in nose can be cause (need to see ENT to get treatment). Lastly, low platelets can cause pretty severe nose bleeds (>20 minutes). Treatment depends on cause of low platelets.

Structure/consistent: You don't indicate if this is new or longstanding, which is quite important.  If new, learning why it is happening it key and warrants an assessment.  If it is longstanding but worse now because of age and size, a number of books might be a place to start.  Ross greene has several related to the explosive child that are excellent.  Keys are clarity, consistency, and structure with a positve tone.

Absolutely!!: Adhd can cause more than just behavioral problems.  Children with adhd can have social impairment, school failure or academic problems as well as a number of co-morbid conditions such as anxiety, depression, and oppositional defiant disorder.  Into adulthood, speeding tickets, divorce, credit/money and/or employment problems, are just a few problems they may have.
