hello, had 4 th generation test 21,25,28,31 and 35 days after exposure. how accurate are they? and second question the index on the tests has a variation from 0,13 to 0,23. my last was 0,23 and was never so high.what has this index to say? thks?

: Your negative results day 25 and afterward were 99% conclusive, but to be 100% certain have a final AgAb (4th generation) test after 45 days. The variable index no. on repeat tests means nothing as long as the value is below the neg/pos cut-off (usually 0.9). All results below that are equally negative. The same specimen tested 10 times would give 10 different numbers anywhere from 0.1 to 0.8.

i just found out that i have high intelligence (25). are there uni's that support this and offer a study year for non-students? 'cause nl doesn't.

High intgelligence: is good when used properly.  Contact your department of education for leads to other countries and universities if you are looking for scholarships and specialized education.  Don't let the idea of a high IQ block you from valuing the opinions of others.  There are many forms of intelligence and Emotional Intelligence (see work of Daniel Goleman) will be more useful in life than IQ.  Peace&amp;health.

Drugs to gain weight: are dangerous if no medical condition indicates their use.  Better to eat higher protein such as eggs, dairy, etc.  Exercise will tone up your body and help muscle mass.  I'm glad your health is good.  Enjoy that and focus on being a good person to others, neat and clean.  Peace and good health.  A smile goes a long way also.

my haptoglobin was high (2.5 g/l) on latest bloodwork is this serious?

Haptoglobin: Are you sure you got the units right? Normal levels are around 40-170 mg per deciliter. If I convert your units you are 0.25 mg/dl. Extremely low  and very unlikely. Various hemolytic anemias can cause low levels.

i did iron tests and found that my transferrin level is high 4.3 and standard is 2.5-3.8 what does that mean?

Iron Studies: Transferrin is a protein in your body made by the liver, that binds iron. An Iron panel looks at iron levels, TIBC, Transferrin, Ferritin and all that data give us information on your iron stores in the body. The physician will also review MCV value on the CBC. All in all, more data is needed to interpret these results. I would refer you back to the physician who ordered the tests.

if had pots would hr always rise on standing? sometimes it goes up by 20-25 then go down? would the hr stay high?

Orthostasis and HR: Please clarify "pots"... 
It is not uncommon for heart rate to go up when standing up and then slow down again. Heart rate will respond to the body's needs...

my uncle has high level of creatinine and one kidney works 25 pct and the other at 50 pct. he is 78. any trestment suggestions?

Control and prevent.: Treatment is aimed at controlling the underlying disease which is causing his dysfunction ( diabetes, hypertension, etc.) and in preventing further damage to the kidneys by avoiding any kidney toxic medications and in potentially taking appropriate medications such as angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors.  Sounds like you have already talked to someone about this.

To gain weight: Healthy fats and oils have the most calories and are best to gain weight. Nuts, peanut butter, avocados,wole milk, and olive oil are some. Other foods like protein shakes and dried fruits,whole grain bread,some cheese and red meat are other weight promoting foods. If you have trouble gaining weight, make sure you don't have an overactive thyroid or diabetes.

Systolic  BP: I suggest very low dose anti hypertensive therapy and blood/urine testing including thyroid evaluation.

Technically,: that is higher than the normal range but still may be normal.  Common causes include recent viral infections,  &amp; other parts of the white blood count being lower than normal. An absolute lymph count would be useful in interpretation
